- It was purchased directly from Futbol Retro Store.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original condition (including tags and packaging, if applicable), and not damaged due to misuse.
Note: Because we operate as a dropshipping store, all returns are subject to approval by our third-party suppliers.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable in the future).
3. How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with the supplier’s return address and any specific instructions. Do not ship anything back until you hear from us.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Confirmation: Once the supplier receives and inspects the return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
4. Refund Process
- Approval: Refunds are issued only after the supplier confirms the returned item meets our eligibility criteria.
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Amount: We’ll refund the full item price, excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (see Section 5 below).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Our Mistake: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve it.
- Resolution: Depending on availability, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs). If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
- Shipping Costs: If the error is ours, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or coordinate with the supplier for a solution.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- Lost Returns: We’re not liable for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
7. International Returns
For customers outside UK:
- The same 14-day return window applies.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process.
- Refunds will exclude any international shipping or customs fees paid on the original order unless the return qualifies under Section 5.
8. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t been processed by our supplier (typically within 24 hours), you can cancel it by emailing us at [email protected]. We’ll issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once the order is with the supplier or shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under our standard return policy.
9. Exchanges
Due to our dropshipping model, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item:
- Return the original item following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
